TERMS & CONDITIONS

​Payment: Payment is due in full at the day of completed service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

 

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for first-time cleaning jobs and jobs exceeding $500, with the remaining balance due upon completion and deliveryDeposits are non-refundable for cancellations initiated by the client, but if the job is canceled by us or not completed within our control, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Late payment fee: Any payment that is not made within 24 hours of the invoice a will be considered late. A late payment fee of 5% of the total service cost will be added for every day the payment is not received, up to a maximum of 25%.

 

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please give us at least 24 hour notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost will be charged.

 

Extra Work load: If the condition of the house is unusually dirty or requires additional time and effort to clean, an extra charge will be added to the total service cost. The extra charge will be communicated to the client before the start of the cleaning service.

 

Access to Your Property: You agree to provide us with access to your property at the scheduled time of service. If we are unable to gain access to your property or if we arrive and are unable to perform the service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to providing you with high-quality cleaning services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to sort it out.

 

Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or confidential information to third parties without prior consent.

 

Cleaning Products and Equipment: Our cleaning staff will provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment. If the client prefers to use their own products or equipment, they must communicate this to us before the cleaning service.

 

Price Increase for Existing Clients: We reserve the right to increase prices for our cleaning services with existing clients, providing them with reasonable advance notice of the price adjustment.11. No Refunds but Job Rectification: We do not offer refunds for our cleaning services; minstead, we will make every effort to rectify and address any issues or concerns related to the job.

 

Quote Validity: The provided cleaning service quote is valid for a period of one month from the date of issuance, after which it may be subject to review and potential adjustment based on any changes in pricing or service conditions. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that could cause a delay in payment or cancellation of a service. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if this happens, and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
