Yes, we’re fully covered with public liability insurance. If anything is accidentally damaged during a clean due to our fault, it’s covered whether it’s a minor item or something larger. We take full responsibility for our work and always aim to handle any issues quickly and professionally.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
That’s totally up to you. Many clients prefer having the clean done during work hours and coming home to a fresh space. Others work from home and are present during the clean. We’re happy to work in either scenario.
How do you handle access or keys if I’m not home?
We have clear internal procedures for handling client keys and access instructions. If you choose to leave a key with us, it’s securely stored and tracked from our office. If you prefer to leave instructions on where to find the key or how to access the property, we’ll follow them exactly.
Are you okay with pets at home?
Absolutely. We love pets. As long as your furry friend is comfortable around people and cleaning tools, they’re more than welcome to be around. If your pet tends to get excited or anxious, you might prefer to keep them in a safe space during the clean.
Are your cleaners background checked and trained?
Yes, every team member is vetted, trained, and fully briefed before attending any job. We take quality and trust seriously from day one.
Do I need to tidy or clean before you arrive?
Absolutely no need to clean, that’s our task. Tidying is optional. If your booking doesn’t include tasks like organising clothes or picking up toys, we’ll place items aside neatly and focus on the cleaning. If you’d like those included, leave it all for us!

Yes, we bring all our own tools and products. We’re trained on the equipment and products we use. That means we’re more productive, efficient, and confident with the results we deliver. However, if you have special needs or requests regarding products or tools, you are more than welcome to customise with a prior notice.

In most cases, we lean towards environmentally conscious solutions that are safe for your home and our team.
